Enjoy True Partnership

Intensives and Weekly Sessions for Couples

Deep connection is possible. I can help you understand what's really going on in the confusion and hurt, and find your way out of the old stories that bind you.

I work on two levels with couples. At the Practical level, I teach skills for speaking up to each other with love, finding greater tenderness, and coming back into alignment after a conflict. On the Big Picture level, I can help you gain clarity into what you long for, what you fear, and how you can grow as a person, not just a partner.

My hope for every couple is that your relationship can be a place of safety — with enough challenge that you keep evolving. If that sounds like the kind of partnership you want, I'd love to be on the journey with you.

How We Can
Work Together

Birds in a relationship

Intensives: Intensives are a way to go deeper than what is possible in a regular session. They can be an excellent option if you want the concentrated time or your schedule doesn't permit weekly sessions. Before we meet, we will develop a plan to guide our time together.

  • Intensives are 3 hours long.

  • You can schedule multiple days in a row, or as best fits with your schedule.

  • Cost: $700 for a single intensive block (3 hours)

Weekly Sessions: My weekly sessions generally run 1 to 1.5 hours.

  • Cost: $275 for 90 minutes.

Payment: I offer couples therapy through my relationship-focused practice, Heart Medicine, PLLC. I only accept out-of-pocket payment (including HSAs) for couples sessions.

Location: I see couples online and in-person in Missoula, MT.

What You Can Expect

I teach partners how to look inward, to see first what is getting stirred up inside, rather than firing with accusations and blame. â€‹

I'll help you to understand your "moves" in conflict, whether that's walling off, criticism, lecturing, or agreeing to something you don't actually want — and how that impacts you and your partner.

We'll spend time looking at power dynamics. You'll notice where you need to set boundaries and assert yourself or lean into vulnerability and listen.

We'll practice how to give feedback effectively and make requests for change that still honor your partner's right to say, "No thanks."

I'll offer you skills for hard conversations, deeper intimacy and for staying connected to your authenticity in relationship.
