Individual Therapy
Live a Life of
Self-Compassion and Wisdom
The Journey to Relief
We often have parts of us that feel hopeless or critical, parts that live in sadness and anxiety.
I use a model of therapy called Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Transpersonal Psychology to help clients make healing contact with these parts and to connect more deeply to their internal world.
I work with clients who have struggled with trauma, difficult romantic relationships, chronic illness, pain, depression, anxiety and, above all, a sense that something is not right.
Together we can find a path through the darkness and a map back to the sacred wholeness that already exists within you.

How We Can
Work Together
Weekly Sessions: I offer weekly sessions for 1 to 1.5 hours.
-
Cost: $235/hour. Out-of-pocket pay rates are available, please inquire.

Intensives: Intensives are a way to go deeper than what is possible in a regular session. They can be an excellent option if you want the concentrated time or your schedule doesn't permit weekly therapy. Before we meet, we will develop a plan to guide our time together.
-
Intensives are a 3-hour session.
 -
You can schedule multiple days in a row, or as best fits with your schedule.
 -
Cost: $700 for a single intensive block (3 hours)

Payment: I accept MT Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Mountain Health CO-OP, HSAs, and out-of-pocket payment.

What to Expect
In IFS, you don't have to share your "whole story" again — though you are welcome to share as much as you would like to.
The focus is not on me analyzing you or telling you how you should change.
Instead, you'll hear from your own internal world about what needs to shift and where healing needs to happen.
I'll support you in reconnecting to what we call Self-energy in IFS, and other traditions have called chi, Buddha-nature, Spirit, Love, prana, or flow.
Self-energy is inherent in all of us, no matter what you have been through. It is the wise guide, the compassionate, calm, confident, curious and creative one within.
In IFS, we hold that all parts have a good intention. They're trying to protect us, even if their way of doing so is maladaptive, i.e. addiction, self-criticism or anxiety (to name just a few).
Together we will learn how your parts are trying to protect you — the first step in helping them to relax and do things differently.
