Spiritual Inquiry
Deepen Your Relationship to
Self and Spirituality
What is Spiritual Inquiry?
Spiritual inquiry is a form of individual therapy that integrates spirituality on your path to healing.
Just as in traditional individual therapy, we can spend time with the parts of you that are in distress or confusion, that might be experiencing sadness, anxiety, grief, loneliness, or just want to be understood. And there's also the invitation to explore your relationship to the Sacred, however you define it.
Maybe you've had an experience that left you without "rational" explanation. Maybe you want a place to talk about the afterlife, God/The Goddess/The Great Mystery (whatever names you use), spirits, dreams and intuitive knowing.
My goal is to offer an open-minded, therapeutic space, so that you can feel better attuned to your life's meaning and the enchantment of the world around you.

How We Can Work Together
Weekly Sessions: I offer weekly sessions for $235/hour
Intensives: Intensives are a way to go deeper than what is possible in a regular session. They can be an excellent option if you want the concentrated time or your schedule doesn't permit weekly therapy. Before we meet, we will develop a plan to guide our time together.
-
Intensives are 3-hour long sessions.
-
You can schedule multiple days in a row, or as best fits with your schedule.
-
Cost: $700 for a single intensive block (3 hours)
Payment: I accept MT Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Mountain Health CO-OP, HSAs and out-of-pocket payment.

What to Expect
As in traditional therapy, I'll help you tend to parts of you that are in pain or fear. I can also support you in feeling more connected to a larger Whole outside of you.
If it feels helpful, we can make room for questions like:
How do you relate to a higher power?
What does the Sacred mean to you?
How is your relationship with the Other-Than-Human?
Where does community fit into your sense of healing?
How do you attune to your intuition, and what is it telling you?
What is your calling in this life?
How can you contribute to a world of more interconnection and health?
We can explore spiritual or inexplicable experiences that you might not have felt comfortable talking about in other settings.
